Helga Hildegard Kramer, 88, of Crestwood, passed away on May 30, 2025, due to complications from lung cancer. Originally from Nordwalde, Germany, Helga immigrated to the United States at 19. She is survived by her daughters Judy Wicherek, Rose Ojermark, Diana Esparza, sons-in-law Christopher Rusin, Humberto Esparza, grandchildren Erika Siegler, Michelle Patten, Cody Esparza, Cole Esparza, and great-grandchildren Katelyn, CJ, Kristin, Harper, Hayley, and Wyatt. She is also survived by her sister Ruth Brandt and nieces and nephews in Germany.
Helga enjoyed simple pleasures like spending time with family, watching wildlife, westerns, cooking, and fried chicken. She was preceded in death by her brothers Hans and Erwin Kloppenborg, and grandson-in-law Jeffrey Siegler. A Celebration of Life will be held on June 5, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Forsythe Gould Funeral Home. Flowers can be sent to the funeral home in memory of Helga.
