Providence Catholic announces key dates for prospective students' events

Providence Catholic High School is preparing to welcome junior high students and their families to a series of events aimed at introducing prospective students to the school. These events include open houses, shadow days, and placement exams, offering a comprehensive introduction to the institution.

On November 17, 2024, the annual Open House will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Attendees can tour the campus, meet staff members, and learn about various programs. Registration for tours is available online.

A Mini Open House is scheduled for December 4, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. This event provides another opportunity for families to visit the school and understand its community. Interested parties should register on the school's website.

The Placement Exam for incoming freshmen is set for December 7, 2024, from 8 to 11:30 a.m. Students must pre-register and arrive between 7:30 and 7:45 a.m., with a $25 test fee required at registration. During the exam, parents will receive information on financial aid and scholarships.

Applications for the Veritas Award are due by December 6, 2024. This award recognizes incoming freshmen who demonstrate Providence Catholic’s mission and values through Augustinian principles of Truth, Unity, and Love. Applications are available online.
